GENERAL
All sales are final on merchandise sold. Exchange for other items is permitted only on gift items and must be stated before / during purchase. On exchanges all shipping costs for returned items will be covered by the buyer. All items must be unopened in original packaging for exchanges. Gift exchanges can not be exchanged for gift cards.
WARRANTY
Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. 45N81W Trading Post Inc. will assist customers with their warranty; however 45N81W Trading Post Inc. does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
Some products may have registration requirements to activate their warranty. Please ensure all included instructions to this effect are followed to ensure proper coverage.
ORDER CANCELLATION
At 45N81W Trading Post Inc. we pride ourselves in processing and turning around your order quickly! If you change your mind, please let us know immediatly. We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received" Once an order has a status of "Order Processed" it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
